What this site actually does with personal data today.
What is processed
When you submit a quote request, the fields you complete and any files you attach are processed so that the request can be answered. That includes your name, company, email address and, if you provide it, your telephone number. The request is stored with the page you started from and any campaign parameters in the link you followed, such as utm_source, so that we know which page led to it.
To protect the form from abuse, your IP address is combined with a secret value and turned into a one way hash, which is kept for 24 hours to limit repeated submissions. Where a security check is shown on the form, it is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical signals from your browser to tell people from automated traffic.
When you visit any page, the hosting provider processes technical data needed to deliver it, such as your IP address, the page requested and the time. This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device.

Who receives it
Cloudflare hosts the site, stores quote requests and attached files and provides the security check, acting on our behalf. Request data and files are stored in Cloudflare's European Union jurisdiction. Resend delivers the notification and confirmation emails for a request, acting on our behalf; its account data is held in the United States under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Where a requirement is sent to suppliers, only the technical specification needed to quote is shared, and your contact details are shared only if you ask to be contacted directly. Data is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.
If analytics are added to this site, this notice will name the provider before it is switched on. None is active today.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Completing the quote form is voluntary, but a request without contact details cannot be answered.
