The terms on which this site, its technical information and its quotation process are provided.
Technical information
Ratings, currents, loss limits and standards on this site are general engineering and regulatory information. Currents are calculated from the rating and the stated voltage. Loss limits are reproduced from the named regulation. Values that belong to a specific unit, such as impedance, dimensions, weight and declared losses, come from the manufacturer's datasheet for the unit offered.
This information supports a specification. It does not replace the design a qualified engineer signs, and it is not a certified calculation for any particular installation.
Quotations
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Prices, availability and delivery are given in a written quotation against a stated specification, and a quotation is valid only for the period it states. Where a specification changes after a quotation is issued, the quotation no longer applies to it.
Scope of supply
Daverlan sources equipment. Installation, commissioning, design sign off and protection settings are carried out by qualified contractors and engineers and, where required, the network operator. Daverlan does not carry out or sign off that work.
